This class is designed to help those living with osteopenia or osteoporosis improve their posture, balance, range of motion, strength, and most importantly bone density. This class is also appropriate for those who would like to learn more about how yoga can help with keeping your bones strong as you age. Based on the Dr. Loren Fishman Method, the yoga poses are alignment-based and weight-bearing to help increase bone density. Each session ends with a restorative pose to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. 


Please note: We will use resistance bands on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month.
