This class is a longer version of our 45 minute Mindful Conditioning class.     

Each class will start with connecting to your body and breath in order to prepare for the time you will be on the mat. Classes will focus on building strength, balance, mobility, and mindfulness using bodyweight exercises, resistance bands, yoga blocks, and basic yoga poses.  

This practice is suitable for all levels of practitioners including those with little or no yoga experience. 

Props needed: Blocks, 5-6ft Resistance Band* and a  yoga mat. 



*Resistance Band Information: 
If you do not have a resistance band and would like to try out the class, feel free to do so.

    I recommend starting with the red band. This set will give you options if you have never used the bands in the past

These bands are a higher price point, but are really amazing! I recommend starting with an orange band. What I like about these is there are loops to hook your hands and your feet into for safety and comfort.
