Flow and Restore  gives you the opportunity to move the body before relaxing deeply in a restorative practice.  The class begins with some flowing movements to open the body, build strength, flexibility, and balance.  The practice will conclude with passive and supported poses that lead directly into deep relaxation.  

This class is suitable for beginners with little to no yoga experience.
