Are you looking for a way to add additional strength training into your yoga practice?  If yes, then this class is for you!! Mindful Conditioning Flow blends the practices of yoga flow and strength training to give you a full body workout.  

Each class will start with connecting to your body and breath in order to prepare for the time you will be on the mat. Each class will have a slightly different focus which may include the use of  resistance bands, yoga blocks, myofascial release balls, yoga blocks to help you build strength, balance, mobility, and mindfulness. 

This practice is suitable for all levels of practitioners including those with little or no yoga experience. 

Props needed: Blocks, 5-6ft Resistance Band*, myofascial release balls, and a  yoga mat. 



*Resistance Band Information: 
If you do not have a resistance band and would like to try out the class, feel free to do so.

    I recommend starting with the red band. This set will give you options if you have never used the bands in the past

These bands are a higher price point, but are really amazing! I recommend starting with an orange band. What I like about these is there are loops to hook your hands and your feet into for safety and comfort.
