This collection of videos will help you to understand the benefits of participating in an Empowered Mind/Body Freedom Session.  New videos will be added periodically. 

Discover a holistic path to wellness with our Empowered Mind/Body Freedom Sessions, designed to help you release stress, find clarity, and reconnect with your calmest self. These sessions blend hypnotherapy, reiki, yoga, guided meditation, visualizations and powerful affirmations, creating a safe space for deep relaxation and transformation.

Whether you’re seeking relief from chronic stress, working through emotional blockages, or simply looking to nurture a more positive mindset, this session is crafted to support you on your path. Through intuitive guidance, energy healing, and mindful practices, we’ll work together to harmonize mind and body, promoting balance, resilience, and a renewed sense of inner peace.

These peaceful transformative sessions are held via Zoom, allowing you to experience deep relaxation and healing from the comfort of your own space. Prepare to settle into a calm, private area where you can lie down comfortably, minimizing any potential distractions.


Each session is uniquely crafted to meet you exactly where you are, gently guiding you through the process of letting go. You’ll emerge from each session with a sense of inner calm and clarity, feeling more centered and relaxed. 


What you can expect: 


 Intention Setting 

   We start each session by setting a personal intention that helps shape our work together, grounding the focus of our session. Examples might include, “I am open to releasing stress and embracing inner peace,” or “I am prepared to let go of old patterns and welcome positive change.”* This intention creates a supportive anchor for the rest of our time together.


 Guided Breathwork & Visualization  

   You’ll be gently guided through a series of breathing exercises and visualizations to achieve a deeply relaxed state. This phase encourages the release of surface-level tension and helps prepare your body and mind for more profound work.


 Energy Release & Healing  

   In this calm state, we begin the process of releasing stored energy, negative thoughts, and any physical tension held within your body. Using guided hypnotherapy techniques and focused visualizations, we create a safe space to dissolve these energies and let go of stress. Throughout, you’ll also receive intuitive reiki and energy work, further supporting the release of any lingering blockages and restoring balance to your system.


Affirmations & Continued Healing Support  

   During the session, as areas of focus arise, personalized affirmations may be introduced to reinforce positive beliefs. These affirmations encourage continued healing beyond our session and are designed to empower you in daily life. If appropriate, you may also receive specific exercises or mindfulness techniques to help you integrate these shifts in your daily routine.


Reflection & Closing  

   We’ll conclude with a reflective moment, giving you the opportunity to share any insights or experiences from the session. This time allows for deeper integration of the work, reinforcing the peace and balance you’ve cultivated.

A Heartfelt Announcement: Changes Coming in January 2025
As the new year approaches, I find myself reflecting deeply on the path of NB Yoga & Wellness and the ways I can continue to serve you while staying true to my heart and purpose. Life brings change, and with it comes an opportunity to grow, realign, and follow what feels most authentic.
It’s with a mix of emotions that I share some upcoming changes to our schedule beginning in January 2025. After much consideration, I’ve decided to focus more on the wellness side of NB Yoga & Wellness, which has become a growing passion of mine.
Starting in January, I will be offering yoga classes during the following times:
Tuesdays | 11:15 AM–12:15 PM | Gentle Yoga
Thursdays | 11:15 AM–12:15 PM | Mindful Flow
Additionally, our beloved Monday evening Gentle Yoga with Celina from 6:00-7:00 PM will remain unchanged, providing a consistent space for evening practice.
This decision was not an easy one to make. I am deeply grateful for the energy and presence you’ve brought to every class over the years. But as I listen to my inner calling, I know this shift will allow me to integrate new offerings to support your journey toward optimal health and wellness. I will continue to offer 1:1 Yoga Sessions, Empowered Mind/Body Freedom Sessions, and the Content Library will remain open for those who like to practice on their own time.
I understand that these changes may not align with everyone’s needs, and you may feel the need to reassess your membership or class participation. If this is the case, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me so we can work together to find the best path forward for you. Your feedback and communication are always welcome.
