This Gentle Flow class is designed for students who want all of the benefits of yoga, but at a slower pace. The class will focus on releasing tension, connecting with the breath and helping students gain strength, flexibility, and balance. Asanas are practiced at a slower pace with great attention to detail and alignment with the use of props if necessary. 
Perfect for people who want all the benefits of yoga without a strong physical practice.
