Mindful flow is a very basic yoga flow class. Participants will be guided through both basic seated and standing poses with an emphasis on linking breath with movement in a safe but effective way.  Perfect for beginners who have done little to no yoga and experienced yogis who want the benefits of yoga at a slower pace with the support of props if needed.
