 Flow Yoga focuses on linking movement with breath, on building strength in the core, increasing balance, alignment, through a “chatterunga free”  vinyasa flow practice.  
This class is perfect for people without injuries who want a more challenging practice. It is recommended that you have some yoga experience before taking this class.
