Join Nicole for a relaxing Friday night out partaking in a 2-hour practice designed to release tension in your body and clear your mind.
The class will begin with gentle yoga movements (mostly seated or lying down with just a few standing poses) to provide you with the opportunity to connect with your breath, move and relieve tension.
The gentle yoga is then followed by a yin practice to apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body; the tendons, fascia, and ligaments with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
The practice ends with a couple of restorative poses and long savasana and guided meditation to leave your deeply relaxed.
