POP-UP implies that this is not a regularly occurring class time for this class and it just pops up on the schedule!

This Gentle Flow with Yin class is designed for students who want all of the benefits of yoga, but at a slower pace. Class focus on releasing tension, connecting with the breath and helping students gain strength, flexibility, and balance. Asanas are practiced at a slower pace with great attention to detail and alignment with the use of props if necessary. Perfect for people who want all the benefits of yoga without a strong physical practice.  The class includes incorporates some yin yoga poses which apply moderate stress to the connective tissues of the body; the tendons, fascia, and ligaments with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility. This meditative form of yoga focus not only on opening the body in a gentle way but allows for time to focus on quieting the mind. Students will be guided through a guided meditation during savasana to leave them feeling relaxed and refreshed.
