Mindfulness Practices for Being Well promotes healing, inspires self compassion and acceptance, increases emotional intelligence, and enhances your ability to relate to the challenges of everyday life.
This one-hour class will give you an introduction as to what it means to be mindful through the practice of Pranayama (breath control) and how you can use a mindfulness practice to start a meditation practice or deepen an existing practice.
Participants will be led through some gentle movements to prepare for a seated practice of guided mediation with the focus on breath.
