Flow Yoga: Flow Yoga focuses on linking movement with breath and alignment through a “chatterunga free” vinyasa flow practice. Flow yoga classes tend to be more vigorous and aerobic as they aim to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, core strengthening and balancing poses.  This practice is perfect for those students who have some yoga experience and want a more challenging practice.

This class will be streamed live via Zoom.  Participants will need to create a Zoom account prior to the class starting and register for the class via Punchpass.  10-15 minutes before the start of class, you will be emailed the class link to log on to Zoom.  You must be registered 20 minutes before the start of class to get the class link.
