Are you  interested in cultivating a meditation practice or deepening an existing mediation practice? 

A confidential and supportive 8 week program designed to encourage lifestyle changes that support well being and healing by integrating mindfulness practices,  yoga, and cognitive behavioral skills (a set of skills that enables an individual to be aware of thoughts and emotions; identify how situations, thoughts, and behaviors influence emotions; and improve feelings by changing dysfunctional thoughts and behaviors). 

Mindfulness Practices for Being Well promotes healing, inspires self compassion and acceptance, increases emotional intelligence, and enhances your ability to relate to the challenges of everyday life. 

 Sundays: February 24th-April 14th
