A mindfulness based yoga class offering a unique therapy for healing from anxiety, stress, depression, addiction, illness, grief and/or trauma.
A 45 minute group discussion based on yoga philosophy, Patanjali’s 8 Limbs of Yoga, as it supports recovery; followed by a 45 minute Therapeutic Restorative yoga practice. Guided gentle movement and supported postures, with breath to encourage present moment awareness, embrace what is, and live a freer more fulfilling life.
Susan will provide a supportive place to explore symptoms of negative thinking, procrastination, self-doubt, and resentments, to observe quietness and allow emotions to surface without fear of judgment, and a place to develop a healthy relationship with yourself and others.
Healing happens in connection to self and others, in an environment that will calm your nervous system, and encourage deep opening and release for wellbeing.
